New! Writers Workshop, "Know for WHOM You're Writing": 6-7:30pm
Is there a story
you'd like to write
you're in the process of writing
- you've written
and you don't know next steps...?
Join Frieda B. author Renata Bowers as she leads this new monthly workshop for teens, adults and seniors of all stages and genres of writing... a creative and encouraging space in which to begin, refine, and share your work, brainstorm ideas, discuss resources. Renata will share a compelling topic at each workshop, to get the ball rolling.
This Month's Workshop Topic: Know for WHOM you’re writing, and HOW to engage them. One of the things great writers have in common is knowing their readers… who they are, what they want to know, how to engage them in the story. In this month’s workshop we’ll consider the unique audience for each of the stories we write… better understanding them makes us better equipped to tell the stories they want to read.
