New! Writers Workshop, "Writing With Abandon": 6-7:30pm
Is there a story
you'd like to write
you're in the process of writing
- you've written
and you don't know next steps...?
Join Frieda B. author Renata Bowers as she leads this new monthly workshop for teens, adults and seniors of all stages and genres of writing... a creative and encouraging space in which to begin, refine, and share your work, brainstorm ideas, discuss resources. Renata will share a compelling topic at each workshop, to get the ball rolling.
This Month's Workshop Topic: Writing with Abandon. One of the surest ways to take the wind out of the sails of your writing is to write with the intent to publish. This month we'll consider the importance of writing simply for the sake of writing, expressing, telling the story that must be told... there is power and authenticity in writing with abandon.
