The Story Barn Event Policies
Event Registration Cancellation Policy
Due to limited capacity within The Story Barn, all paid events require registration. For registrants who need to cancel, those who do so within 72 hours prior to the event will be granted an opportunity to transfer their registration to another scheduled event of equal or lower value.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel a registered event if attendance is below 5 attendees. If we cancel a registered event for any reason, we will issue a full refund to each registered participant.
The Story Barn is handicapped accessible. If anyone in your party has special needs, please contact us at 860.763.0330 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make reasonable accommodations to ensure that all are welcome and able to participate.
We take participant safety seriously. As in all activities, there are inherent risks in participating in events. Participants are responsible for taking precautions and following policies, recommendations, rules and directions whether provided in writing or verbally. All event participants assume full responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to self or personal belongings.
Frieda B., LLC reserves the right to share photos taken during events at The Story Barn for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and in print. We will respect the privacy of anyone that does not want his/her picture taken or his/her child’s picture taken. Simply inform the staff.
