In the story Frieda B. Knows It's True... You Are Free to Be YOU, Frieda B. and her favorite librarian, Ms. Foster, introduce the reader to the art of keeping a storybook.

No matter whether you're a toddler or grandparent, a storybook, quite simply, is a marvelous avenue for exploring and documenting the things you're good at and the things you care about. Each page is a new canvas for capturing pieces of your one-of-a-kind story... the memories, the moments, the dreams.  

Mind you, the intention is not to be perfect - nor like anyone else's.  And you can fill your storybook however you like - writing, drawing, doodling, sharing pictures and memorabilia, cut-and-pasting out of magazines... wherever your story takes you.

Our Storybook Activity brings together elements to help make the storybooking adventure easy to begin.  Packaged together are: one 8.5" x 11" hardcover Storybook of 46 blank pages; one large "I'm Free to Be Me!"
